Again, we were able to visit through the eyes of locals. Our daughter and son-in-law showed us some fine areas sans the crowds. We went downtown and walked from the Titan stadium over the Cumberland River to downtown. Lower Broadway was very brief for us. It has many music venues, but what pops out is too many people, trash, and alcohol. Along the river is a very nice scenic view with history along the way. We hiked in Warner Parks, which is over 3100 acres and has miles of hiking trails. We also visited the awesome Farmers market area and Capital area. We had a fine dinner in East Nashville. Many, many things to see and do; we look forward to wineries, music, The Hermitage, parks and more on future visits.
