The Food


Hunter was a wonderful cook and presenter. He explained each dish prior to guests diving in. Almost all of the seafood was caught fresh off the boat. Halibut and Salmon were caught in Alaska. The Dungeness crab was caught in crab traps on our trip.

Breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and dinner were served daily. Snacks were placed around the boat so you could eat 24/7 if desired.
